"Fastcomet, fastbuck"

I will never use fastcomet ever again. Had my hosting on autorenewal. It want up 30% in the last year. They want $135 off me for a 1 year renemal that they are offering new clients for $21. I had my billing on autorenew and cant cancel now. they offer no refunds. This is not good enough. To rewrad loyality in this way is well below standard.

"Terrible Service Quality"
I had a really rough time with this provider. Out of the blue, I got a refund email and suddenly couldn't get into my account. When I reached out via chat to figure out what was going on, they claimed I didn't pass the verification process. But I had done it earlier, and everything was fine—my website was up and running! I just can't wrap my head around why some folks give this provider five stars. I suspect it’s their own team boosting their ratings. Just plain awful service with a bunch of losers in support.

This is a fantastic item offered at a fair price. What really stands out is the around-the-clock service. I can't recall a moment when I didn't receive a useful reply in over five minutes. No need to stress about time zones. There's always someone available.

"Grateful for the awesome support"
I really appreciate the help from the support team. I've tried several hosting services, like Hosringer, where the support seemed decent before I bought in, but once I was a customer, they were pretty unhelpful. However, with Fast Comet, I didn't run into that problem at all.

"Quick Assistance"
Quick Assistance from the Finest! I've been using FastComet for a couple of years now, and whenever I've run into a snag that needed fixing, one of their top-notch folks has always stepped up to help me out.

This time around, Konstantin P., a Junior Tech Support whiz, helped me sort out a problem with my email service that popped up after I switched servers. I wasn't sure how to fix it myself, so I reached out for some guidance, and in just a few minutes, Konstantin P. had everything back on track. :-)
